Release Forms

Big thanks to the captains and members for getting their release forms signed and turned over to the league BOG. All releases are accounted for and are stored digitially on the LBPL Google Drive. Good luck in week 5 of play and remember the following week (week 6) is a fundraiser (9-ball or Mini 8-ball)
